Shipping fees are determined by weight, size, and delivery location. Our goal is to offer you the most accurate shipping fees.
The shipping fees indicated in your cart are an estimate; the exact amount will be automatically updated after selecting the desired delivery location.
Colissimo
This is the preferred shipping method for our standard shipments to Metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), and internationally.
This system is reliable and fast. Each shipment is delivered to your doorstep with a signature required.
To track your package, click on the link provided in your order under "My Orders", or the link sent by email after shipment. You can also manually track the package by entering its number on www.colissimo.fr.
It is important to note that if a product is too large or too heavy to be handled by Colissimo, it will be shipped by a different carrier. In this case, you will be informed.
Delivery time
The average delivery time for a Colissimo package is two to four days in France. On average, it is three to eight days internationally and about two weeks for shipments to DOM-TOM (indicative times, excluding customs processing).
Not at home during package delivery?
No problem! Your delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox indicating the date and address of the Post Office where you can pick up your package with a valid ID. You have 15 days to pick it up from the date indicated on the notice. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us.
